Verified Renter Gateway is a wonderful community near the river with beautiful gardens and parks, great neighbors, and is much quieter than most parts of NYC.
Verified Renter I have been a resident of Gateway since 1983. There has a significant evolution of the life-experience here over these past 37 years... Moreover, in the past 10 years, there has been a vast improvement in the facilities, and amenities offered by management.

Verified Renter Due to decreasing mobility issues, I recently had to sell my condo and move closer to destinations such as Brookfield Place, Vesey Street restaurants and the like. I had lived in my condo for 20 years and had great supportive relationships with the building staff. Although I have friends at Gateway, I was concerned about moving into a building where I knew no staff. I needn't have worried. Verified Renter I am very happy with both Management's and Maintenance's quick response whenever a need arises. As an elderly resident living alone, I feel well-cared-for and safe here at Gateway. In addition, I feel that I've made good friends with your great leasing agents, Nico and Kiros, who are always there for me if I have a question. And, last but far from least, our lobby staff in 375 are both caring and personable... Moving here was a GREAT decision on my part.
