I've been living here for almost 5 years and absolutely love it! It's extremely hard for me to move elsewhere. Never had any problems with management, they always respond to all my requests and trying to be as flexible as possible. I just recently switched apartment in my building and super grateful to Nicholas for showing me all the possible options, responding to all my questions and dealing with my constant changes of mind :) As a result - I got apartment that I'm in love with.

Even though there are a lot of bad reviews on this page, wife and I have had a nice time here. It's the best bang for your buck in terms of price per square footage . And there are some apts with really nice views. The area is the best in NYC and super safe. Nicholas B was our leasing agent and was very responsive. He made the process easy and stress free. I love living in Gateway ... super conveniently located, lots of light, great community, great doormen, and great views. The leasing office made the move in process super easy, showing me lots of great apartments in the complex. I worked directly with Nico to close the rental agreement and he was very professional and helpful in moving the paperwork through quickly. A positive experience all around.

Very good leasing experience from the gateway leasing office. Nicholas has been extremely helpful in our apartment hunt. He knew my price point and was keeping a close eye at all availabilities and proactively reaching out. He provided great service and had our best interest in mind. He was honest about the building and apartment and worked with us to provide the best deal. The 4 stars are for the leasing office and our experience with them.

Great experience so far, there is few things to be fixed in the apartment but overall great experience (the sink is clogged, the finition in the kitchen are not perfect, things like this) but overall it is a new unit et I like it

We love living at Gateway! My husband and I searched for a building to move into for six months, we could never agree on one. Then we found Gateway! From our first tour with Kiro we knew we wanted to move in. Kiro was very helpful with the entire process, we had to change our move in date as we dealt with our old landlord and he was very patient. I decided to move into Gateway because of Kireolos Zakhary, AKA Kiro, the agent representing Gateway. I find him to be upfront and very helpful with our move from West Village to Battery Park. Although we had some hiccups, he expedited all issues and ensure that he met our needs. Gateway is lucky to have someone as caring and thoughtful as Kiro to help them with their prospects. Had it not been for Kiro, this review would not be a 5 star. Thanks for your help Kiro!
