Verified Renter I really enjoy living in Gateway. Battery park is an unbeatable location. The elevators being under construction causes major delays. Doorman and building staff are very kind and helpful.

You hope not to have any issues should expect a fair to average response from management if any issues. Over-all experience after living here for approximately 8 months is average to neutral after considering all factors.

All in all, hard to beat the combination of location, if a home near the River is what you prefer, and the spacious layout of the apartment unit.
