This is a beautiful apartment complex with great spacious apartments and all the necessary amenities in the building. The staff is great. Especially big thanks to Natalia Bryleuskaya who was extremely helpful with showing us the apartments and throughout the application/registration process.
Living at the Gateway has been a 10/10 experience. The building and building management are incredible in every way. Plus, working with their leasing agent (Natallia) made the application/move in process a breeze!
The rental process is very easy and well organized. The leasing agent, Natallia Bryleuskaya, helps us complete the leasing documents and get the approval within two days, and also provides a list of qualified movers and insurance companies. The apartment is just renovated, with great view. Highly recommended!
Honestly couldn't have planned a smoother apartment search and move in the way it was organized by Natallia Bryleuskaya in the leading office. She assisted me every step of the way literally. In the automated age in which we live in it's so comforting to know that there's still a human available to be generous with their time, patience and thoughtful generosity. And in this case that human was Natalia as well as the doorman and porters at gateway! So impressed and grateful.
I lived at Gateway for two years and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff is warm, professional, and always made coming home feel welcoming. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which gave me peace of mind. The location is unbeatable, right by the West Side Highway with easy access to the Oculus, Brookfield Place, and Fulton Station. Being able to walk underground was a huge plus for commuting. Natallia Bryleuskaya was extremely friendly and responsive during my visit and lease signing process. I thoroughly enjoy living in the Gateway community as the building staff are all very friendly and helpful in becoming acquainted with the building.
