I have only great things to say about Gateway and the leasing office. Nicolas made a very stressful situation easy to handle. The doormen are beyond professional, always ready with a smile, handling packages, deliveries, the doors, all the nine yards. The views from the building a simply spectacular. Two thumbs up!

Finding an apartment is a super stressful task. We have all done it. Managing agents can be super pushy and they leverage your sense of urgency to manipulate you. With Gateway, that was NEVER the case. We worked closely with Nico at the leasing office for several months before we made our decision. He was incredibly helpful and we felt absolutely no pressure at any time during the discovery or decision making process. Quite the opposite actually. I've lived here for a handful of years. The changes that were made has put GP on a different level. It's a wonderful place to love if you can afford it. Apartments a generous in size, appliances are updated and amenities are fantastic. The management team is incredible. Zach and Vanessa were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone that's in place cares about their residents and seems like they want to make every step of they say as seamless as possible whether you move in or move out.

9/5 update Roach problem seems to have been solved - infestation originated with a tenant that just moved out and had previously refused entry into their unit. Not sure if I can blame management on that one - suppose it is what it is. Living pest free and honestly pretty happy with all other aspects of the stay here.

Absolutely wonderful experience living at Gateway plaza! From having an excellent location, friendly community, great doormen, accessibility to multiple subways lines and a Citi Bike station right next door, this apartment complex checks several boxes. From a management perspective, they are very professional and communicative. For example, I had to relocate to another city/state for work and need to do a lease takeover. Nicholas was wonderful at showing us apartments here. Helped us find our dream home within a month and was super reliable when needed. We just moved in a couple of months ago and can't wait to enjoy all of the great ammenities the building has to offer. Thanks Nick for all your hard work, you were a pleasure to work with. Excellent apartment, views and staff. Finding a dog friendly building in a great area can be challenging. Gateway has exceeded our expectations in both categories. The grounds are great for both residents and pups. We enjoy having a fitness center and pool as well. The doormen are also very kind and helpful.

A big community that feels like a small city. You can get to know your neighbors and they became friends. If you have a dog, then this is paradise. Do not be fooled by the gray paint outside the buildings. This is a very colorful and warm community.
