We have had a great landing at Gateway. Starting with Natallia Bryleuskaya, who facilitated the renting process, the employees have been terrific-- Ed, Andrew and many others. The logistics of moving things in was quite efficient. We are happy campers at Gateway!

My experience with Gateway has been amazing. I toured multiple units and was so lucky to find one I absolutely love. So much light, updated, and fresh feeling to the apartment. This never would have been possible without Kireolos Zakhary. His constant support, communication, and dedication to me finding an apartment I adored has been amazing. I have been living in Gateway for six months and it's been very nice so far. Great building, nice and clean units, amazing location and super friendly staff on the building and leasing office. Ask for Natalia Bryleuskaya on the leasing office and she will guide thru everything you need!
Spacious, bright, newly renovated apartments in an incredibly charming and quiet neighborhood. Kireolos was super helpful in sending photos/videos of the apartments and answering any questions I had when trying to sign a lease from a different city. He made the move-in experience so easy for me. Since I've been here, I've found everyone from the doormen to maintenance to be extremely attentive and friendly. My only qualm since moving in is the unfortunate dumpster that hangs out in the courtyard between all the buildings... read more
Moved in Gateway 1 month ago and it it brilliant: 1) Quite neighborhood - no street noise 2) Big studios - ~600 square feet, but you feel the space, almost 1B 3) Nice neighbors, I am here 1 month and already know most of the people on my floor All is great, if only free GYM would be open after 9pm it would be a heaven place
Me and my roommates just moved into our apartment about a month ago. Thanks to the help of Kireolos we were able to look at the apartment within a timely manner and fell in love without from the beginning. The process was made so easy because of the staff in the leasing office and I advise anyone looking in battery park to definitely stop by and check out gateway apartments.
There's a lot of pros and a lot of cons. I love living here and maintenance and staff are friendly. Views are amazing, they host fun events, the place stays very clean. On the other hand the leasing office was a nightmare to deal with, not to mention they listed our apartment for $200 less on streeteasy the day we signed the lease and their response was "I didn't know that was posted, it was a mistake". Overall Gateway's a good option but for the price you might get more elsewhere.
Great experience with the Gateway leasing office. Very responsive and supportive through the whole process! The leasing office staff was extremely helpful and attentive. In particular, Kireolos Z was a HUGE help and made the lease agreement and move-in process essentially seamless!
