I have been in gateway 1 1/2 years now and it has been a great experience. Apts are nice, updated with closet space and amenities. Very happy here.
I love this apartment complex. Coming from midtown, it is such a difference. Living here feels like you don't live in the craziness of New York City. You have everything accessible at your finger tips You can't beat the apartment price, square foot, and the amenities, make it so worth it! The view is one of a kind. The area has so many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Grocery stores, pharmacy, laundry, and everything that you may need are so close. Gateway plaza offers a community environments with a club house and al a cart gym and pool. Monthly family friendly events are themed around the holidays and geared toward children. The complex overlooks the Hudson River and offered breathtaking sunset and sunrise views of jersey city.
Huge apts for manhattan (my studio is over 600 sq ft) and the maintenance staff makes sure everything is in great condition and taken care of. I am not a fan of the management and have found them difficult to work with in the past. But I have lived here for 4 years despite that. It's really amazing in the summer.
Amazing view and very spacious apartments for NYC at a reasonable price! Great location - close to the water, Brookfield Place, WTC, Fulton Center. Have had no issues with management so far.
Large complex - writing review for 375. Things are good so far. Mgmt seems on top of it, and is fairly communicative so far. I'm pretty easygoing though.
