Verified Renter Gateway Plaza is truly a community! Apartments are larger than average and the location cant be beat. I always feel a sense of calm once I cross the highway into Battery Park City and Gateway Plaza.

Verified Renter They say the first three rules of real estate are location, location, and location. Well you can't beat the location at Gateway. When my wife and I first started looking to relocate to NYC, we planned to check out many buildings all over the city to come to a decision. Gateway was our third stop and wound up as our final stop. She fell in love with the location and said there was no need to look anywhere else. We've been at Gateway going on 4 years now.
