I've been living here for over 25 years. That says it all. I've had my ups and downs with Management, but overall, they've come to my rescue often. In fact, I am very pleased with their immediate response time. New management is more professional and consistent. Trying to please everyone is impossible. The Maintenance staff is terrific. We moved in here 2 months ago, we love the location, the esplanade and all the greens in BPC. The community consists of several buildings, somewhere around 5/6 and there is a lovely courtyard in the middle of the community. There is a seasonal pool (need to purchase daily pass when the pool is open) and the gym is not included in the rent, which is not cool. Very nice apartment buildings in Battery Park city! Great amenities and location. Minutes away from the One World Trade Center, 9/11 Memorial and has easy access to most subway lines.
I am obsessed with living here. The management is super responsive and fast. The doorman are friendly, and instantly make me feel at home whenever I walk through the doors. The location and private property makes me feel like I am on a resort; it is the perfect oasis in the city.
Lived here for two months now. Community is nice and friendly for dogs. Management and facility service is one of the slowest. Please if you try to request for I.e. Move in to reserve elevators a month in advance because it took management two weeks to tell me they were not the people who reserve elevators and to speak to maintenance, and by that time it was already too late for my planned move in date. Moved in in August; so far no problems at all. Management very easy to communicate with. Gorgeous building and area overall; barely feels like you are in the city. Very friendly doormen. The one downside is the amenity fee--this is the only building I saw that had additional fees for gym access. Hope this changes soon.
