Verified Renter Gateway is a true community of people who work and live together. Aside from the elevators at times, the building is run well. Staff is great. And anything I ask for is taken care of right away.

Verified Renter A very nice place to live. I should know; I've lived here since 1993 - my kids grew up here. There's an active Tenants Association, a great gym, a pool, friendly neighbors and great staff. Every year the campus, community and amenities get better and better. It's not perfect but for the price, I've never found an equal. Since the new WTC and Brookfield Place went up, the neighborhood is more accessible, more fun, great services - 11 movie theaters - and it's gorgeous down here by the water. Verified Renter I enjoy living here. Apt nice, buildings maintained. Management responsive to any issues. They seem to care about making this a nice place to live.
Verified Renter Gateway is a little community within a community (BPC). People get to know each other and care about their neighbors. There are areas I hope management improves but all in all, it is a wonderful place to live.
