Verified Renter Gateway is a great community in great location. Unit layouts are designed cleverly, apts feel like bigger than actual sq ft. Walking distance to path/subway, oculus and brookfield place which offer convenient options during cold or very hot days.

Verified Renter I just can't say enough about what a great neighborhood this is. Apart form the weather, it's like living in the South of France with the marina and the restaurants and cafes and shops at Brookfield. I can walk my son to school along the river and never have to cross a main road. And I find all the doormen, security and maintenance staff to be friendly and helpful. We love it here.
Large 2 bedroom with water views 2 bedroom apartment in a luxury building . Our happy home that we can simply no longer afford. My husband is currentlly unemployed and our rent has increased. Free rent for a year with enable us to stay in our apartment with our 3 yr old.
Great location, roomy apartments I've lived in Gateway for a year. Love the location - right on the Hudson (great views), close to Whole Foods, Le District, Chipotle and major subway lines (1,2,4,5,A,C,E). The apartments are roomy and modern with high ceilings and stainless steel appliances. We flexed our two bedroom into a three bedroom and still had a good sized living room. My only complaint would be the outdated hallways, which are not air conditioned and feature dirty, stained carpeting.
