Great place to live. Terrible management company The location is great and while they lull you in with a seemingly decent offer, the moment your lease expires, expect at least a 10% increase in rent, sometimes more. I've never seen a management company nickel and dime their existing tenants so much.
Verified Renter Nice grounds, more attention to the 400 building than the other buildings. I really like the doormen, Paul and David. in my 100 building.
Verified Renter The heating and insulation of the building is terrible! Building lobbys are always dirty. Very poor management!
