Calm, Quiet, and Friendly Township has been great thus far. Calm, quiet and friendly community with an excellent staff from top to bottom. I would recommend living at The Township to anyone who is searching for a place to live and call home.
Pros Outweigh Cons I have enjoyed my stay! The township apartments are affordable and a great space to live. I feel safe in the community and enjoy how close it is to some of my favorite places. Maintenance is quick and responsive to work orders and many great amentities when available. Could brush up on consistency with communication to residents but only minor compared to the many great things.
Very Smooth Process My experience with Township has been very positive so far, minus a slight hiccup with paperwork when I first moved in, everything has been very smooth. Any issues I have had with maintenance have been resolved very quickly and I really haven't had any issues with anything besides a clogged drain and some lights going out. The upkeep on the exterior of the building is very good as well, having recently been repainted with nice modern colors and the grass is maintained every week by an outside company.
On Top of Things I have a renovated apartment with the wood flooring and all of my friends are jealous! I didn't have any trouble with the leasing process, I filled out an application, got approved, and moved in the next day. My leasing agent was on top of things and called me whenever there were questions. Signing the lease took about twenty minutes and then I got the keys. So far I haven't heard my neighbors or really anything once I'm in my apartment. I would recommend for anyone wanting a good apartment in the Northland.
Friendly Staff Overall experience was pretty good, staff was friendly. Place was clean when I moved in and I had minimum items to list on the move-in checklist. I think they might need more employees to answer the phones though. It always takes multiple calls to get through to someone.
Good Overall Experience Overall, the experience has been good. My husband had lived here previously, so we were familiar with the property. We like the convenient location and adequate parking with garage option. Pets are welcome (for a substantial cost). Rent is fairly typical for this area. The pool area and fitness center are nice.

Perfect Community This place is amazing!!! The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. This is my very first appartment and they made me feel welcome and right at home! The safety level is 10/10. I have never felt unsafe living here. Neighbors are super quiet and polite. Maintenance is exceptional. They were out at my apartment within 2 days of my request for some things to be fixed. Great Team I want to say that LAURIE NAYLOR always goes above and beyond for me. She has patience of a saint, and no matter what my call (to the office) might be about, she treats all of them with the same priority. Great team here!
