Truly a Community The community is truly a community. There are always people out walking around and everyone (especially the ownership and leasing agents) is so friendly. From the day we took our tour to move-in day, the office really did a great job making this decision easy.

Feels Safe and Friendly The neighborhood seems very safe and friendly! The apartment is very nice and roomy. I hope to move my future wife into it, and start working on a little family of my own. I figure I'm 34 years old, and It's about time.

I Recommend Township I have lived in the area for 25 years and Township has always been a quality place to live. I have only lived here a couple of months, but I am very impressed. I am lucky that my building is very quiet, really the whole neighborhood is. I have had 2 issues that needed fixed and this was completed very promptly. I do recommend Township.

Quick and Effective The Township is quick and effective when being notified of a maintenance issue, polite staff, clean grounds and plenty of places for me and my fur baby to explore. If I encounter any issue, the front desk staff is available, courteous and empathetic to any issues I experienced.

Friendly from the get go The staff members have been friendly from the first phone call of interest to moving in and answering questions and still current day! They continue to be wonderful and helpful. There were minor bumps along the way but Sean handled things with such understanding and class, they made sure we were happy when all was said and done.

20 Years and Going Moved from the East Coast in 1999. I have been here since. I have everything great to tell my family and friends. The staff and maintenance are on top of their game. I don't believe I will be moving any time soon

Good Experience So far I have had a very good living experience. Staff very friendly maintenance as DONE great !! Task completed within 3 or 4 days. No MESS and a courtesy note explaining what was done. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

So Far So Good Well with my work time, I haven't really had the chance to experience the community yet. I will here with the next week or so. I think that a small map of the complex would be helpful to find things on the complex

Good Community A pretty good community the time I have been here. I have seen 2 management companies and no complaints with either. Parking could be better at my building, but quiet neighbors, and a great apartment make up for the occasional bad parking.
