Sean is amazing! when i first walked in I immediately noticed how under control your man in the office had everything under control , I think his name is Sean , second of all let me just say I like the location, if all offices had men like Sean I just have to say buddy the world would be a better place mate also the rest of the staff is amazing there too thanks buddy
Helpful and Accomodating They have been very helpful and accommodating to everything I have needed so far! Apartments are in great condition and have a good staff keeping them up.
Great Community The maintenance staff is amazing! They respond in a timely matter. The office is great, Marissa is an awesome leasing agent! The grounds are kept nice. The pools,tennis courts and dog park are kept clean and nice. The school district is great.
Problem Solvers thank you so much laury for all you do to help when there is an issue i have called upset and had the problem completely diffused and fixed or kept up to speed on progress by laury please dont ever get rid of her she is the only one I choose to speak to about these things samone and marissa are favorites too but laury is the best
Honesty at its best! I wanted to write a review about the Township, I have read over the over reviews and I wanted to have my own say. I noticed that there was some reviews that were unhappy that they received $100 late charge for being one day late. this isn't the office's fault as it does state in your lease about late charges. I can contest as I have had a few of these. This is not the offices fault but my own we get up until the 5th day to pay the rent and then on the 6th you do receive a late fee if you haven't paid. Top Notch Service and Amenities Township Apartment Homes are in a very safe neighborhood, they are such cute apartments, just the right size with all the amenities you need. We love the fireplace and the outdoor area, not to mention the nice walking paths. It is so close to amenities such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping etc. Sean Brockbank is absolutely amazing! Go See Sean! I toured with Sean today and he was so attentive he was so kind to our children. I was taken aback how someone can be so kind when they have just meet you. A genuine pleasure to meet him and I love his accent! GO AND SEE HIM!!
Perfect for me Very accommodating, perfect one bedroom apartment for a single gal and her cat and free parking. Best part? When it snows they clean up the parking lots!
Talk to Mr. Brockbank The complex, facilities, and location are obvious no brainers when deciding on your next lease, but management, especially Sean Brockbank, have been the biggest influencers on my satisfaction with this property.
