Kind and Helpful It's been a good experience. Staff and maintenance are kind and very helpful. The apartments are clean, well maintained and comfortable. I love living fixed my washer in a short time because they didn't want me to go up and down the steps to carry out my laundry and the weather is very cold.
Amazing Complex Absolutely great complex. Great service if I needed anything and quick response time. Great area and redone complex. Would recommend to anybody wanting to live north of 152. Thanks again for the maintence crew
Professional and Responsive So far I've lived at Township for two months and my experience so far has been pleasant. Staff are professional and maintenance responds quickly with outstanding results. Neighbors are pleasant for the most part. Overall very nice community to live in!
Nice Community Nice community. The staff that I have communicated with have been excellent and very helpful.I have lived in this apartment complex since 2014 so I think one could say that the old guy is happy. Since I am hard of hearing I cannot comment on the noise levels with any authority.
Nice clean and quiet Nice clean and quiet place to live. I've only been here for 1 month but overall very happy with this property and its staff. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends without resivations.

Simple and Convenient Move in process was simple and convenient. They made setting up utilities a breeze with their handy move in letter with all the details. Sean was very responsive to all my emailed questions as I tried to find the best floor plan for my family. Move in day was a breeze too. Everyone seems warm and friendly here.
Loved my Townhome I loved living in the townhomes. It is roomy and it feels like a house, instead of an apartment. My street was nice and quiet. It is also a great location so I could to walk to the pool, when it's open. I loved the easy access to the grocery store and to major highways. The unit needs updating but all in all, I really enjoyed living here and would still be but I am relocating out of state.
5 Years and Still Happy I just wanted to say I LOVE the new landscaping this Spring. I've lived here for over five years and the grounds look lovely! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
