Great to My Family I wanted to write a review of the Township Apartments, I have moved out of the apartments due to buying a home (if I didn't then I would still be there) the office staff are great they have always been so genuine with myself and my family, they will go out of the way to help you and make sure your time at the Township is a wonderful one. More Pros Than Cons I've lived here for about 2 years and the apartments are pretty nice. Great location and good value for the price. Whenever I've had to put in a maintenance request, it is fixed within 24 hours. The two complaints I have is that there are no resident functions/events and there is a lack of communication between management and residents.
Sean is the Constant My husband and I have lived at the Township for 6 years and gone through two sales of the complex. Needless to say, the changes have been frustrating at times. If it wasn't for Sean and Laurie in the office the transition to new management would have been harder. Sean always has a friendly greeting and is ready to help. Laurie also has a warm greeting and willing to help however she can. Both Sean and Laurie are true assets to The Township.
They will welcome you with open arms This place is an amazing place to live. The staff, especially Sean, have been extremely gracious and welcoming. If you're looking, they are willing welcome you with open arms ??.
Aaron is Great! Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and Aaron was very helpful.
It's good to be home Furnace problems on 12/26/2018 went to the office to turn in my manitence request talked with laurie Naylor and Sean brockbank such good people they told me they would pass it on to the manitence department.Less than an hour later con and aron from manitence knocked on my door and took care of the problem. Excellent office staff top notch manitence. I no after a long day as I turn into the entrance to the township I find myself saying it's good to be home.
Ask For Sean I loved my time at the Township Apartments Sean was always a huge help, maintenance requests or billing. He should be the first person you ask for when you go in to the office.
