Love it! Love it! Best community in the Northland. Have loved it here since move in summer of 2015. The office staff is nice smd professional. The grounds are kept clean. I wpuld recommend property to anyone looking for a place in the Northland
Up to date Up to date amenities. Very clean on move in with new carpet. Good appliances and in good working condition. Polite and courteous staff. Nice pools. Nice gym. Good neighbors. Nice size garages with door opener.
Perfect Location Newly renovated units, good location (close to shopping, schools, ~20min drive into downtown), responsive staff, lots of parking, well kept grounds and common areas. Would recommend to others seeking apartments
Excellent Location I'm fairly new to the community but the first few things that I've noticed is that the community is clean and the staff have been a pleasure to do business with. The location is excellent, there is a grocery store and places to eat within a short walking distance.
Prayers Answered I have lived here for 3 months and am convinced that the Lord answered my prayers by leading me to my home here. The entire Township Team is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honorable. I feel a warm welcome, like a hug, every time I speak to, see, or wave to one of the team. I have had some service work done and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond and more than capable of completing any and all tasks. Genuine Care Apartment office staff has all been very friendly and efficient. When you put in a work order they genuinely care about your request. It's a rather large apartment community so it took a minute to get my work order filled but it wasn't too long. Maintenance stuff came in and were very friendly and very efficient. Kudos to you all for making my experience a pleasant one.
Pretty Good Experience Our 5 years here have been good . Work orders pretty quick especially now. No big complaints except for the light in parking lot between 401/409.This apartment is getting outdated and I think the rent here is too high compared to other newer units.
Convenient location Convenient location to downtown, major highways, and decent shopping. The new management staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet during the day and at night.
Clean and Maintained The area is clean and well maintained. We've had few maintenance problems, those we have had have been handled quickly and successfully. The complex is fairly quiet, no problems with noisy neighbors. Very satisfied,
