Welcome Home My husband and I just signed our second lease in November. This was our first place together. They’ve treated us with the upmost respect. All of the leasing agents are always so attentive. Anytime we’ve got an issue they get back to us quickly. We’re in love with all the amenities our complex offers. From our gym, business center , to our relaxing clubhouse. If your looking for an apartment that’s affordable , safe and welcoming. Then this is the place for you! Welcome home.

Helpful and Responsive I’ve lived at The Township for about 8 months now and everything has been great! The staff is always very helpful; especially Sean who was very knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions or concerns I might have had while moving in!

Helpful and Responsive I lived here for two years. The complex was helpful and responsive with any issues I had. They were fair and friendly when it came time for me to move. I would recommend to family and friends.

Would Recommend Sean and Marissa were both amazing help. Although I did not choose their property as I had another one to choose from, they did their absolute best in assisting me, and answering all of my questions. The property overall is nicely kept, and the newer units are beautiful inside. The clubhouse, gym, tennis court (community amenities) all look appealing. Definitely stop by and chat with any of the staff!

Loved my two bedroom with a den! Bought a house and moved out of my apartment a few weeks ago. I lived there for four years and found the area, apartments, and people to be very nice. I liked the location and how close we were to my daughter's school. We lived in a two bedroom apartment with a den and it fit our needs as a family of four perfectly.

Perfect Example of Change for the Better The change since the new management has taken over from Trinity is fantastic. I have lived at Township for five years and love the complex. Laurie in the office has been professional and has called to make sure any problems I'm having are taken care of. Both Con and Tim with the Maintenance Department have been to my apt numerous times to help me whenever I call. They are the BEST!!!
