Happy After 5 Years I’ve lived here for 5 years and it has been pleasant. Neighbors are quiet. I just had my first maintenance call and the young man that came out was very professional and fixed my issue in less than 10 min. The office staff could be a little friendlier but we all have bad days. I could have just caught her on a bad day or hectic moment.
Felt Safe Here I’ve seen several complaints of issues with apartments in disrepair etc. I may have escaped because I lived in the newest section, but I had an opposite experience. My apartment was well cared for and maintained - truly never a major issue. I rarely heard my neighbors and felt safe living there.
Definitely Recommend The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. Close to family My home is very convenient to two of our children. Love being on the ground floor. Easy to carry groceries etc into home. Also my husband uses a cane and it is easier for him to walk into our home .!
No Plans to Move Until this recent event I have always loved living here. I do however think the new paint job makes it look less appealing and more low budget rental. I still like living here and do not plan to move anytime soon. Office staff has always been very helpful.
Better Than Expected Apartments are more than we expected. Very nice! We would recommend this community to family and friends! I enjoy having a fire place and an office space! I hope that my husband and I are able to grow and really experience life here.
Love the Community We really love the community it has been great. I must say though it is a little uncomfortable that since we have got here we have been randomly chosen for two inspection. Per note left on our door the word sound like the respect of privacy and right to know is not being respected. I completely understand that inspection have to be done but I believe we deserve the respect of know and perparing for guess entering our home.
Perfect Starter Home Good place for a starter home to raise a small family!! I love the area close to the schools in this area and right next door to shopping center, where it easier to go grab something, very nice people very welcoming
