Everyone very helpful Office and maintenance A1. Everyone very helpful. Shopping within walking distance. Medical Clinic, banking and resturants within five minutes. Easy access to Airport. Great walking area. Outstanding School District. Love the area.
Great Strides New management is taking great strides to improve the inside and outside appearances with post move out upgrades and concurrent exterior improvements. The garage rental option is not common in the Northland and are less expensive per month than any nearby rental units. Very responsive maintenance team.
Wonderful Office Staff Our move-in was quick and seamless thanks to the wonderful office staff. We couldn't be happier with our new home. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely will recommend this community to everyone!
Easy Transfer When I 1st moved here it was in the apartments on N Cherry Drive and I was disappointed in the unit I was in. I was so happy to move into the unit I am now in on 103rd St. Everything is so much better and no spiders at all.
I love living here! I love living here! The staff has been excellent, maintenance requests are handled with skill and timeliness. The apartments are very nice and spatious. The people are friendly and I like that the walls between units seem to be thick so there is not a lot of excess noise. I also like the things that the new property owners are doing.
Happy and Content It's a good place to live. We are satisfied with the amenities and hospitality. Our neighbors are friendly. The dog dung is mostly confined to the pet area. The trash service is also passable. We are content.
So Far So Good So far so good. I've lived in the neighborhood for a few years and recently moved into these apartments. They are clean and quiet, with a heart management staff. The online portal is easy to use and very much appreciated.
Timely and Professional Great place thusfar, our move in experince was simple and though the staff was busy all our concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner! Maintenance has been professional and timely, overall location is great.
Open and Welcoming THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD DURING MY MOVE IN PROCESS. SEAN AND MARISSA WHERE THE REPRESENTATIVES HELPING ME AND WERE VERY OPEN AND WELCOMING TO MY FAMILY DURING THE MOVING PROCESS.
