Verified Renter The apartment was given to me with dingy blinds, some of the wall in need of paint, an old dishwasher with dead roaches within the mechanism, and an ugly floor with holes throughout the edges of the floor which appeared to be a result of flooring that was removed.
the worst management ever! on the winter time prepare to put Some plastic on your windows and buy a heater... Very rude when you asking what's going on with heat... Just ask some people who live there

Apartment full of mold I have an apartment with mold, been out of my apartment about 2 months, HPD inspected and impossible to contact management! FYI - no doorman (a man at the lobby), pool removed, tennis court (closed/ never seen it in use in 5 years). I like my apartment and wish they actually did what they say!
Not so great experience... Living here at LeFrak City have its up and downs but more downs than up. The pros of living here is that the train station is within walking distance and takes about 45 mins to get to Manhattan. There are malls and supermarket close by and you wont need to own a car to get around. The down side of living here are that: 1) The apartment are old and paint is really thick 2) The walls are not sound proof at all as you can hear people dancing or knocking on stuff in the middle of the night (especially ... read more
Moving to Atlanta I currently live in lefrak city apartments in New York. Last week I went to visit a friend in Overton rise apartments in Atlanta Georgia. The apartments were absolutely amazing that it has me reconsidering moving to Atlanta. The ammenities that the apartment had to offer was absolutely amazing. I would give it 5 stars. From the space in the apartments to the lobby, the location, pool area and gym it would be pretty hard to not fall in love with it. lefrak city I live 7 years in this place in a studio, it has a pool but is ugly I stared to pay 900.00 dollar. Im working hard to support my daughter and my rent, I'm a single mom my princess is 8 years old, she has a pet a dog, they don't have enough space to play, currently I pay 1300.00 for my studio i pay light , cable , internet, and my celular, soon my lease is finish in October , I would like to move a new place and looking a new good style of life because a feel i deserve to be rewarded with good times.
