Yo , are you serious!? I paid Sam $300 extra + 1 month deposit $1725 . To get in your building. He even fake the income tax for my wife even though she never worked in her life . If you won't believe me ask your asian dude in your office .

The water has been off all day without any notification until mid-day (1:30 PM). The water came back on at 6:45 PM. Right now (as I am writing this post) it's 11:53 PM & the water has looked like this (see picture). It has been running for an hour & it still does not clear up. I called maintenance, only to be rerouted to a VERY rude female security officer. She answered the phone saying, "what do you want?! Talk! Talk!" I told her about the issue with the water & she said it's not her problem & I need to call back tomorrow. ... read more

How do I make it zero? My family and I have been in lefrak for 20 year now. A year more than I've been alive for ! It used to be great , no one bothered you, security was great, prices great , cool. The first thing that happened was Cosco and GW came to town, and they added all of these BS electric Key Chips, and buzzing systems that don't even work, and made "elevator enhancements", I didn't ask for none of this but they increased our rent. I lived in Le Frak City for 1 year. When I had to sign for the leasing they asked me so many qualifications that I thought they would give me a royal palace, but the first night I realized that it was just a mouse hole. First night after entering I had to kill over 100 roaches all around the apt, and this situation last for at least one week. I lived in LeFrak City's Singapore building (98-17) for five years. By the time I left, LeFrak was a very nice-looking facade and set of grounds spackled over some of the worst infrastructure I've encountered at that price point. Water pressure was laughable, water was often turned off with no warning for up to 10 hours at a time "for repairs", large cracks across walls and ceilings formed, and "security" seems in place largely to chase off anyone whose car is idling too long in front of the building. My mother is old and handicapped. Waiting for repairs since September. Done in bits and far from complete kitchen countertop is old and full of mole and falling apart. Refrigerator is also and in need of change as well as the floor. No response from management or manger Bobby Chen. Shame on Lefrak City

Mice. Mice. Mice. Maintenance is incompetent. Security is rude. Management seems to not want to be bothered. Parking is impossible after 9. Lefrak parking spaces are very expensive. Heat is a joke. I have an electric blanket and space heater in my bedroom! Great location but quality is severely lacking.

Please look elsewhere to rent an apartment. Lefrack City try's to sell there rental unit as a safe up to date modern full amenities complex unit. Unfortunately this is far from the truth. The area is very dangerous the crime shooting and stabbing have been occurring on a regular basis. The complex is full with bugs, mice and other critters. The maintenance that is done is not enough. The security they have is for nothing it's like grand central station where you don't know if the person coming is a tenant or visitor anyone ... read more

Great location Air ports, train, shopping, but Poor services. Mice infestations management is disrespectful to tenants. No heat in the winter on coldest days of the year. If i could afford to move i would but for now I'm stuck
