My mother is old and handicapped. Waiting for repairs since September. Done in bits and far from complete kitchen countertop is old and full of mole and falling apart. Refrigerator is also and in need of change as well as the floor. No response from management or manger Bobby Chen. Shame on Lefrak City

Mice. Mice. Mice. Maintenance is incompetent. Security is rude. Management seems to not want to be bothered. Parking is impossible after 9. Lefrak parking spaces are very expensive. Heat is a joke. I have an electric blanket and space heater in my bedroom! Great location but quality is severely lacking.

Please look elsewhere to rent an apartment. Lefrack City try's to sell there rental unit as a safe up to date modern full amenities complex unit. Unfortunately this is far from the truth. The area is very dangerous the crime shooting and stabbing have been occurring on a regular basis. The complex is full with bugs, mice and other critters. The maintenance that is done is not enough. Great location Air ports, train, shopping, but Poor services. Mice infestations management is disrespectful to tenants. No heat in the winter on coldest days of the year. If i could afford to move i would but for now I'm stuck

Their building at 98-05 67TH AVE is a dump. My girlfriends parents lived there for many years. They retired to Florida and (since my girlfriend was on the lease) I moved in with her. Their repairs are second rate. There are bugs everywhere. They do not provide sufficient heat during the winter months. Even though we've spoken to the staff several times about the lack of heat, they don't do anything about it. While the porters and handyman are pleasant, the Super NEVER returns calls. Do not live here if you value your sanity. The neighbors are loud; music all hours of the day and night. The management is unresponsive to the noise complaints, the heat is laughable and rent is too expensive for the lack of response from management. This company needs a complete review from housing and every other governing authority concerning the rights of renters.

Winter is worst here, no heating, hot water issues, roaches everywhere. Management is worst; they hardly know what they are doing in here. Super never picks up the phone nor reply or ever in his office. So, you create a service request, you wait, take a day off and wait for them to come, they hardly make a visit or in my case they never did make a visit and it was marked as resolved, i had to fix it on my own. Stop what you're doing. If you're a former tenant who's here to read bad reviews as a personal catharsis, then carry on, you deserve this. If you're a renter looking for a new place to live, RUN, DO NOT WALK far away from here - unless what you're seeking in an apartment is an abundance of cockroaches, leaks, and winters without heat, topped off with stolen security deposits once you finally get away. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I was here today to take a look at the apartment. I called yesterday to schedule a tour for the 2 bedroom Peru style. So I drove all the way from Long Island and when I arrived, the woman in the front desk said our income was too low to qualify for the two bedroom and that we were only qualified for the one bedroom with the den.
