Their building at 98-05 67TH AVE is a dump. My girlfriends parents lived there for many years. They retired to Florida and (since my girlfriend was on the lease) I moved in with her. Their repairs are second rate. There are bugs everywhere. They do not provide sufficient heat during the winter months. Do not live here if you value your sanity. The neighbors are loud; music all hours of the day and night. The management is unresponsive to the noise complaints, the heat is laughable and rent is too expensive for the lack of response from management. This company needs a complete review from housing and every other governing authority concerning the rights of renters.

Winter is worst here, no heating, hot water issues, roaches everywhere. Management is worst; they hardly know what they are doing in here. Super never picks up the phone nor reply or ever in his office. So, you create a service request, you wait, take a day off and wait for them to come, they hardly make a visit or in my case they never did make a visit and it was marked as resolved, i had to fix it on my own. Stop what you're doing. If you're a former tenant who's here to read bad reviews as a personal catharsis, then carry on, you deserve this. If you're a renter looking for a new place to live, RUN, DO NOT WALK far away from here - unless what you're seeking in an apartment is an abundance of cockroaches, leaks, and winters without heat, topped off with stolen security deposits once you finally get away. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I was here today to take a look at the apartment. I called yesterday to schedule a tour for the 2 bedroom Peru style. So I drove all the way from Long Island and when I arrived, the woman in the front desk said our income was too low to qualify for the two bedroom and that we were only qualified for the one bedroom with the den. If I could I give 0 starts. Me and My family there for 10 years, I moved out , All my stay I had cockroaches issue, Management is Honorable. I reported the issue they send a person who spray 3 min here and nothing happens, not even 1 dead roach. And I took a day off , the guy said he need to come 4 more times at list. I believe he used water to spry just to make me call him few more times since he get payed per visit. My apartment was infested. Don't move here.. i been here for 4yrs and im paying so much rent. The cabinets in my kitchen are old. I keep complaining about the roaches behind by the cabinets and they keep coming out of the molding that are cheap. And the wood u can see its old. And keep giving me excuses about replacing it. I heard all want to do it seal the holes and paint them all white. But that doesnt solve the problem when that look real old

Winter is the worst here. Always an issue with the heat. I've been here for 3 years and I hate the winter I find it warmer outside then in the apt.

The living Standard is very poor. Its not worth paying such high rent. The building complex looks good from outside but don't let it fool you. I live here with my wife and its very uncomfortable for her due to random guys hangout in the lobby and hall ways harass young women. The management is very poor you can never get a hold of anyone. No one answers the calls ever or will call you back. The super is soooo unrelaible dont expect any help from them will never do any repairs on time.
