Apartment Blues I love my apartment but I just can't afford it and I'm looking to move.
Great size apartments, poor management. The apts are huge and convenient with malls and easy transportation everywhere. Recent exterior renovations has given it a very nice curb appeal but the management doesn't seem to care much about the current tenants. They've limit access to other parts of the complex with no good reason, making it very difficult to get to the nearby grocery store. Rent keeps going up but services are declining. Rats and roach problems are not being addressed. But the location is very very good lol.
Great I have a huge 2 bedroom apt, great for me, my fiance, and daughter. Only 15 minutes away from her school and my job. Also we are right next to Queens mall. The trains are close by and the neighborhood is amazing. Would love to stay for as long as possible.

LeFrak City -Take heart friends, it is a nice place to live and convenient to all shopping areas (Queens Center Mall, and Rego Parks Shopping Center) and public transportation within a walking distance. Lefrak city ("live a little better") I live in lefrak city apartment buildings where the slogan is to "live a little better." For an apartment in New York City lefrak apartments are actually spacious and good in size. I live in a two bedroom apartment with a balcony on the 17th floor. Convenient Area You dont get much bang for your buck. The area is a very convenient place to live. You are basically paying for convenience. All in all, its a nice place to live just very expensive.
It's a great place to live I used to live in Lefrak City years ago in 1979 with my parents. I came back in 2014. I love the spacious space & our terrace. There is enough room for me, my daughter and fiancee' comfortably. We are close to great stores (only a block away), great restaurants. We have a pool in the summer. Security is good. People here feel very protected and safe. I love being back here. It is my true home!!!
Best place I've ever lived. LeFrak apartments are very clean and nice to live in. Management is always helpful. The one and only issue is the doormen. They need to do their job a little better. They let anyone in to the building.
