Apts are very spacious!! And new ones are renovated they just need to work more in keeping the property clean and making people get rid of some much GARBAGE IN THEIR BALCONYS IT MAKES LEFRAK LOOK BAD!!! they need to give them a few for that!!!
As a resident from many decades ago (1965 - 1975), I enjoy occasionally reading the comments from present tenants. My family was one of the first tenants in the Melborne building. The apartments were relatively spacious with dishwashers and air conditioning. Of curious concern, we had roaches from day one (and never got rid of them). This was a brand new building. Amazing location, amenities, and neighborhood, the staff its okay. a little bit noisy but its fine. spacious Studio, you have everything you need.
So , I've been at lefrak since September . Haven't had much issues other than the heat which I mentioned in my last review . I had some closets having yellow stains and they fixed it . Since I been here , maintenance is responsive but I haven't experience any major maintenance help like other reviews so I still can really say . I live in a 2 bed 1.5 bath with a separate dinning area . Although I have only been at LeFrak for 5 months, my experience thus far has been awesome. I love the diversity of the community its just one big melting pot. I have a one bedroom apt. @ Argentina and love coming home. They maintain the building very clean and the fact that we have 24 hour security makes me feel safe, and we cannot forget all the stores, malls and restaurants just a hop skip and a hop away. Love my apartment and location!!! V-
Pros: Large apartments - extremely spacious I moved from a studio lottery apartment in Chelsea, Manhattan to a one-bedroom apartment in LeFrak City, Corona. The space here is amazing its very large. Amities Amities - there are a lot of amities here I will list then below: POOL - with max dept of 4 feet, in the pass based on my research it used to be 6 feet deep. I do business in this Elmhurst/Lefrak area. It's pretty urban and I love that I don't even walk one minute before bumping into a store. Everything and I do mean everything is in this area! This review is really about the area LeFrak City is in, more than the apartments because I'm sure folks moving in want a sense of the area right? You're welcome. I live in LeFrak City since March 2018. I like it here very much. It's an amazing experience.
It so nice place it is very beautiful area I like Leftak city so much many activities here swimming pool tunnis court ., soccer field , basketball And good staff worked here
