Verified Renter I just moved into LeFrak City with my wife and twelve year old and we couldn't be happier. The landscaping, new pool and playgrounds are really a sight for sore eyes. LeFrak City is literally within walking distance to everything...EVERYTHING!

LeFrak has a great sense of community and even though it is large it seems like its own little haven within a large city. Love the amenities and the location is perfect! Staff is so friendly and diligent at keeping everything looking great.
Verified Renter One of the best places to live, very good location wise, at a walking distance to major shopping malls, like Costco, Marshals, Macys, Centrury 21. Subway near by.Lots of air and sunlight in the apartment. Only one minus point is the smell in the corridors (which is of different kind of foods prepared by tenants coming from all across the globe, some may like it and some may not :-))
Pros and cons Pros, lots of transportation options close by, lots of doctors in the area, lots of shopping with two major malls and many restaurants. Cons, not a very safe neighborhood, parking is so hard to find unless you pay a lot. Rent goes up by a lot every year no matter how long you've lived there.
Improving My apartment has had strong improvements over the past 8 years. From the laundry, lobby, elevators, and overall grounds. Super is not as speedy as I would like, but is definitely accessible. Very affordable, which is why I've stayed
