This will def go up 4 5 stars once they complete the renovation of the middle court yard . My view has been dirt and construction workers. Lefrack have changed over the years for the better. Waiting to see and will update in spring 2017 (When work is complete)

Overall very nice apartment. People are friendly. Sometimes noisy at night and the hallways are a little smelly but the apartment itself is spacious and clean. Good access to everything you need in the neighborhood.

The horace harding side is a lot better. Management is not what makes the complex its the people. Lefrak fixes and the pple destroy i would say if people keep the improvements made the way they are everyone will be happy.

Was in section 2 on 57th Avenue. Rent went up $200 for a 1BR. Moved to section 4 also on 57th Avenue, in a studio. So far, so good. The building is being renovated which is nice. New York Public Library is in the complex. To my surprise, it's real quiet and clean. My floor is quiet as well. What a difference a building makes :). No roaches or rodents at sight yet. The super of the building (Juan) is nice and helped me with a few issues. Moving in and out is a hassle but you have to go through it. I would prefer another color... read more

As an update, these are still great apartments with great amenities, but after they completed lobby and landscaping renovations, they raised my rent too much to afford to renew my expired 2-year lease as a single teacher. I should become a real estate investor because I'm a master at finding inexpensive places to live right before prices explode. Maybe then I would have made enough money to keep my wonderful apartment.

Ok This is an updated review from my last review of a few years ago. I have now been living here for 5 years and things have improved overall. The management company has been spending a lot of money to make this place a lot better and hopefully they will continue to attract better tenants by reason of the increased rents, Studio and one bedroom apartments have increased between 30 to 50% in five years but still represent a good value when compared to comparable apartments. The apartments are spacious and many have good view... read more

$1500 for a 1 bedroom deluxe with balcony. Heat included. Electric is 120-175 in the summer if you run the ACs all the time like I do. In the winter and fall about electric is 75-100. 860 square feet. Pretty good deal. It's walking distance from queens center mall and rego park mall. R M and F train not far away, your in midtown in 30 mins. They set up a new payment system so you can pay rent electronically via check/debit card or even Credit card. On 1500 electronic check has no fee, but Debit and credit card is $... read more
