LOST SOMEWHERE IN LEFRAKCITY?? This place is okay, near to Queens mall, costco, subway station, restaurant and different stores.

I have been living here since 2016. I do have to tell you , it's very accessible for disabled person. I don't get to go outside a lot. We do have food mart right outside. Laundry in the building . More important Community Parks for all aged groups. From toddlers to play to Olders to walk around in their mobility devices. We do have beautiful pool and Garden where you have have family picnic. I am a long term resident - I have lived in Lefrak City for 18 years. The apartments are large and spacious. The market rate rent for them is a bit too high though. Lefrak City has a major problem with rats/mice/waterbugs. They recently beautified the exterior of the buildings, it looks much nicer than when we first lived here. They made all of the tenants in Lefrak City pay for the renovations with specific increases in our rent. LeFrak City is a nice apartment complex. It has been good to me in general. I had a mouse problem at some point but i fixed it myself by closing off the holes. Apart from that scare all has been great. The studio size is comfortable. It has enough closet space and the windows are huge - great for natural light.

Pretty good. Workers are super helpful. They maintain the property quite well. However, parking is really tough. If you have a car, I highly recommend you get on the waiting. Be warned, I've been on the waiting list for nearly a year and still no spot.

Moved to Lefrak about a year ago. Appears clean since they've been upgrading but the construction seems to get worse and worse every month. When are they going to stop??? Upset because the amenities which they raved about are not available because they are still renovating. I hate the winter because it is ALWAYS cold in my apt. It's like they skimp on the heat. However, it's Quiet on my floor and no hassles. I feel safe which is the most important thing for me.

Recently moved into LeFrak and so far the experience has been great. We moved into a renovated one bedroom apartment that is very spacious and affordable compared to other comparable apartments. Our leasing agent Robert was great with getting us set up in our apartment and responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. He made us feel very welcomed to be here right off the bat in our first meeting and went out of his way to show us pictures of several units to help us make our selection. Has improved a lot in many areas in the last few years. Not the Lefrak it was 5years ago, let alone 10.
