Lefrack city is amazing. I have been here for over 15 years I have seen all the changes done. It is beautiful has many amenities and everything is right next to me. The staff is quick and organized everything is always clean.

Apts are very spacious!! And new ones are renovated they just need to work more in keeping the property clean and making people get rid of some much GARBAGE IN THEIR BALCONYS IT MAKES LEFRAK LOOK BAD!!! they need to give them a few for that!!!
As a resident from many decades ago (1965 - 1975), I enjoy occasionally reading the comments from present tenants. My family was one of the first tenants in the Melborne building. The apartments were relatively spacious with dishwashers and air conditioning. Of curious concern, we had roaches from day one (and never got rid of them). This was a brand new building.
