Apartment size great, maintenance only do bare necessities. SECTION 2 REEKS OF DOG URINE COMING INTO BLDG. They allow pets, don't enforce crubing. Dog poop is in entry, sidewalks, ramps. It stinks of pets!

I was trying to find appropriate one bed room apartment. Joseph & Gary did an amazing job in advising and finding appropriate apartment. They are very attentive with friendly service helped me throughout the process for smooth leasing process. The application process was quick with the latest technology which made the process seamless from beginning to end. Responsive friendly service and a quick application process proves this management team will be great to rent from. They also utilized current technology which made the process seamless from beginning to end. I was able to submit an application, and be approved for move in all within about few week. I grew up here and love my neightbirhood... i was able to get my first 3 bedroom a few days ago for me and my children and after a VERY TOUGH YEAR. they made me feel secure and safe throughout the ENTIRE renting process. Joseph Gary and Heidi were always available for questions. Joseph even put up with me and my millions of questions everyday and answered ALL of them. I Will forever thank Heidi for putting up with my worries and tears and stress .I can never thank Lefrak citrus rental team enough I am so happy in my home
