close proximity to fsu I love the size of apartment and proximity to FSU.
Great place to stay. Everything seemed fine except the parking. My friend's car sustained a dent in the passenger's door due to some reckless dude.
Nice The apartment is spacious with a nice patio.Maintenance is really fast in attending our request.One thing i despise is the parking.We didnt reach 1 month stay yet but our car was damaged already,it has a large dent and there is no cctv to look into who is the responsible one.
Lovely, tidy, pleasant We aren’t moving in until later this month, but one of the biggest reasons we’re moving here in the first place is because of our friends who live here who LOVE IT. After we toured and applied, we were so happy to get accepted. The Monroe has awesome facilities, a great big pool, and several awesome floor plans to choose from.
Great for Price I have lived in this apartment complex for nearly a year, and there has never been much of a problem. I feel like some amenities such as the dryer or wifi connection ports are on the older side. Overall it is a great place to live at even though the location is not as central as many might want.
Good apartments, quiet neighborhood Really nice apartments. Very quiet neighborhood. The gym is nice, too. My kids love the pool.
Great Apartments! I love these apartments. The maintenance staff is excellent, they always respond promptly to all requests. The amenities are great. My family and I enjoy the huge pool all the time! The gym is nice too.
Honest review Maintenance is pretty responsive, I like that. Management Ann and Kelly from leasing office are okay. Anyone else they hire typically is subpar due to their lack of quality customer service. Thought vallet trash was going to be a good idea. It honestly is in theory. But when it comes to disgusting, unaccountable, complacent neighbors, in addition to the unfortunate habits from the valet attendants, its become a nightmare.
