Pool usage Please clean the pool and extend the time until 11pm
great place i like it, it's very clean and maintenance is very quick. pool is beautiful and gym is nice.
Very spacious This is my first day here and I love the apartment so far
Overall Worth it It was when I resided there fairly reasonably priced for all that it offered. A large pool with lane lines on the bottom of one portion, a gym that was sufficient for 99% of the people who would use it. The neighbors will always be a toss up, but due to that I can share the walls/floors are only so soundproof. Could hear the downstairs neighbors dog barking, or the adjourning wall neighbors when they were running their washer/dryer. Good location Very quiet place
Review on my experience at the Monroe I love living at the Monroe because it is very helpful and spacious. Whenever there is a call they come when they can and if they can’t they let us know. The only thing I think needs to be changed is the size of the garbage cans because we have a lot of trash.
Pool only good place I have lived here for 2 years. In the beginning, I thought it was just due to Covid. However, as the time has gone on, I have realized it is the Management. The fire pit has only worked a handful of times, the garbage is always full. The pool is area is not the cleanest. Paid for a service that I have NEVER received - Pest control - Never been in my apartment. Need to replace ALL the air conditioning units need to be replaced. ALL the windows need to be replaced.
