Over priced but for what it is Staff was okay and maintenance handled my issues they just didn’t have the apartment ready when me moved in the was still the previous tenant dog poop on the patio. Parking was ridiculous.

Time Well Spent As an adjuster I have to move around a lot for job purposes. With that comes having to find substantial housing while on a deployment. During my recent stay in Tallahassee for work The Monroe was "home". I loved the fact that they offered short term leasing. That was the main reason I chose to lease. I also had wonderful encounters with both Kelly and Anne in the office. Overall this is a nice place to stay and it comes with its perks.

Awesome Place! I love it here!!! It was a quick and easy process to apply and get approved. This is the best experience I have had moving into any apartment complex! Leasing agent Stephen was very friendly and helpful in finding the apartment I wanted out of all of the available apartments and was very patient with all of my questions. I had trouble transferring my internet service because the previous tenant forgot to cancel their service and leasing agent George also got involved with Stephen in helping me get it resolved ... read more
