Honest review Maintenance is pretty responsive, I like that. Management Ann and Kelly from leasing office are okay. Anyone else they hire typically is subpar due to their lack of quality customer service. Thought vallet trash was going to be a good idea. It honestly is in theory. But when it comes to disgusting, unaccountable, complacent neighbors, in addition to the unfortunate habits from the valet attendants, its become a nightmare. Loving it! Living In Monroe is one of the wise decisions I made upon moving here in Tally! It is like all the stars aligned and brought us here..plus during our move we were offered a price drop, so how you say no to that deal?! Our unit is spacious, quiet, gated apartment and safe environment that gives you peace of mind. Now that is second to none right?
Features Certain feature of the home are not that good
Trash The trash system is ridiculous. Why pay 35 a month to have a 2-13 gallon bag limit? I have children and that goes fast, plus we are deep in the complex so putting trash bags in the trunk of my car where I keep baby strollers etc to go to the dumpster was not conducive. Either lower the rate, make it optional, or have the valets take ALL bags as long as their neat.
