My Review The Monroe apartments are good for the most part, however, there are some features thet show that the apartments are aged, such as the windows. Also the noise is pretty good, but I unfortunately was placed under a very active family with children so I hear loud noises all the time. Friendly staff, great amenities, but a little pricy. Overall this is a plave I would recommend staying at.
Love it! Spacious apartment and fantastic lanai. Wish there was a bit more storage or on-site outdoor storage available. Would also like the pool area to remain open later than 9pm. But overall, I am very happy here!
Great property The Monroe is a great place to live overall. The amenities are really nice, there is good parking, not too much noise, and is located in a good location close to the highways and to midtown/downtown. The only thing I’d change is that maintenance could keto the property a little cleaner, specifically the pool and gym.
Bad security on parking Somebody opened our car at night and stole our pertenences
