The Monroe The neighborhood is really quiet. The apartments are very spacious. I love the privacy of the back porch. Love living here.

Life at the Monroe I've lived here for about 9 months now, so take that into consideration while reading this review. Perks: plentiful space in apartment and parking; huge screened in porch; quiet community with great amenities (huge pool, spacious gym, fire pit, package lockers); friendly maintenance staff; pet friendly; gated community; each bedroom has a bathroom! Happy to live here. The location is central and convenient with many restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby. The building is well-maintained with modern and spacious apartments. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, and security system. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to live.
