amazing I love how spacious my apartment is, the staff is so friendly and always open to questions and helps with problems immediately. I feel safe living here and thoroughly enjoy all the amenities that come with the complex.
Great place to live You will see a lot of acorns in parking lots, but good place .
It's great to live here! I am so grateful to call this place home. The staff has been nothing but kind to our family and we enjoy the pool and gym very much.

Fantastic place! Oh man, where do I start?! This place is a GREAT place to live! The staff walked us from our old home/moving to our new home at The Monroe, and made us feel very welcome. George, Kelly, and Ann are super great to work with when having any questions, they really go the extra mile. I never felt intimidated. Security is great. Big apartment and very comfortable with good parking space. I like living here good & safe area with excellent amenities & accomodating staff.
Nice place poorly maintained Nice place to live in; however, cleanness is not a priority for the management team, I see cobwebs and dirt at buildings stairs and hallways; also, I can see and smell dog poop almost everywhere, unfortunate management is not enforcing enough residents to pick up after their pets.
