Fantastic place! Oh man, where do I start?! This place is a GREAT place to live! The staff walked us from our old home/moving to our new home at The Monroe, and made us feel very welcome. George, Kelly, and Ann are super great to work with when having any questions, they really go the extra mile. I never felt intimidated. Security is great. Nice place poorly maintained Nice place to live in; however, cleanness is not a priority for the management team, I see cobwebs and dirt at buildings stairs and hallways; also, I can see and smell dog poop almost everywhere, unfortunate management is not enforcing enough residents to pick up after their pets.
