Good property Good apartment complex. Love my apartment. Price reflects the quality
Good for Younger People Overall, this apartment complex has done well enough for my wife and me. Good: Parking is really good as I never have to worry about not having a spot near my building. The value per sq. ft. is pretty good when compared to other apartments nearby. The pool is really nice and typically very clean. The mailing system is very effective and secure with the lockers. Love it here! Best place I've lived in Tallahassee. Rent is high, but the features make it worth it. Love the management and the screen porch.

Excellent It is very comfortable to live in the Monroe
Going into my second year Love it here. ANN is definitely patient and communicates well... 24 hour is plus because I'm up weird hours and get bored and go to the gym. I love the pool area because of the grill and fire put.
Amazing Experience Great staff, clean, relaxing, and safe. I enjoyed coming to home from work, it was comfy and fun to be a neighbor with so many dog owners like myself. The pool is huge and a gate to enter the property was great.
Happy in the Monroe I've lived here for 6 months and have no complaints. I should use the amenities more than I do, staff and maintenance have been great.
Nice Overall I have lived at The Monroe for 3 years now and plan on staying here for as long as I live in Tallahassee. I am in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is one of the nicest I have seen going for this price point. The space is very big with a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in laundry room with washer and dryer, a decent sized bathroom as well as a half-bathroom and a walk-in closet.
