Best place Living at Monroe has been an absolute delight! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the overall sense of community. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the management team truly cares about the residents' satisfaction. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home. Five stars all around!
Great Experience from a New Resident I have lived here for a little over a month, and so far have really enjoyed it! There were a few maintenance concerns when I first moved in, but the Monroe staff were super helpful and prompt in getting it sorted, and the resident app made the request really easy to submit. The location is fantastic, and now that the pool has opened again, I've enjoyed just spending time here on the weekends too. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it!
Enjoy living here I have enjoyed my experience at the Monroe and would recommend it to others. The only downside is that there’s very little space for storage, linens, etc. within the apartment

Communication Friendly staff keep the community updated with any prompt changes made or need. Communication is great.
Very Happy Here I really love living here. The staff here is so very friendly and repair requests are completed very quickly. The staff has a great open door policy and they are always available. I have lived in other apartment complexes where the noise level from neighbors was unbearable. Not so here. And I love the pool area. Anyway, I have been here for 2 years and loved every minute of it.
I loved Monroe! My fiancee and I moved here for a job and didn't even see the place in person beforehand, that was a little unsettling. However, the staff that helped us was amazing and throughout the 3.5 years we've lived here, it's the best apartment complex to date! Any time we needed maintenance, they were at our door within 24 hours and were always kind and respectful with our cats. It's not too far from anything, typically 15-20 mins to just about anywhere.
