Good place The office is responsive to phone calls, especially Paloma, who is very helpful
Review Was awesome but has gone down hill over the last few years. The noise from neighbors and the amenities haven't been functioning properly most of the year.

Love Living Here The only downside I have found living here are the appliances, especially the kitchen. I realize this is not a high-end complex with top-of-the-line appliances, however, I cook almost every night and the appliances do not stand up to daily use. Otherwise, I love the apartment and the complex itself.

Monroe is AWESOME I absolutely love it here so far. Just moved in and it's so spacious and the neighbors are friendly. I'm on the bottom floor so I hear my neighbors kids running above me late nights and early mornings but besides that it's so beautiful.
Living here Living is great! I enjoy it. The office team is very helpful and so is the maintenece team.
