Apartment in the woods. Been living at The Bluffs for 6 years. It's very energy efficient. People here are very friendly. I won't be here forever but I'm not in a hurry.
My apartment Been at The Bluffs for 7 years. The greatest place I have ever stayed at. The only reason I would ever leave would buy a house.
Great quite place to live I have been living here for almost three years. I find everything alright. The staff knows their stuff, no complaints there. Everything works out really well. The maintenance team is also really good. One comment: the kitchen and bathroom fittings are quite old.
Pet Friendly and Relaxed The Bluffs is people and pet friendly. The management is helpful and the residents are nice. It's not an upscale place but it's got comfortable apartments with nice views. Parking is easy and there's a nearby bus stop. It's conveniently located, too.
Not bad Decent amenities, responsive staff, decent building
Great place to live This is my 2nd time living here. Glad to see improvements being made. Rent is great and very good about pets!

Great place I lived here for 8 years coming up. Great place to live. Location is good especially for bus stop. Dog park and the pool is cool in the summer love it. Professional and caring of residents.
Best property and manager/team in Lafayette, period! I have lived at Bluffs for almost 4 years now, and this is the most affordable 1 bedroom apartments with the most facilities in all of Lafayette and West Lafayette. The property is a little old, but everything functions properly; and the manager and his team are the most friendliest I have had in my 13 years of living in this area.
