Great place I lived here for 8 years coming up. Great place to live. Location is good especially for bus stop. Dog park and the pool is cool in the summer love it. Professional and caring of residents.
Best property and manager/team in Lafayette, period! I have lived at Bluffs for almost 4 years now, and this is the most affordable 1 bedroom apartments with the most facilities in all of Lafayette and West Lafayette. The property is a little old, but everything functions properly; and the manager and his team are the most friendliest I have had in my 13 years of living in this area. Good My wife and I have been here since about October 2022. Current manager and staff very hard working, competent, responsive and courteous. Manager is sharp; has common sense, knowledge and intelligence. apartment is nice - no complaints. Rent is reasonable. Building is kept clean, and this particular complex has an exceptionally good reputation as to its residents. Pretty cool I've been living here for about 6 months. It's a bit far away from Purdue and any grocery store when you don't have a car because the bus network of Lafayette is far from ideal. However, it's a great place to live because you will not be exposed to road noises all day long, it's pretty well-insulated and isolated. Great place to live It's nice and affordable
Quiet Community ive lived here for 2 years and i havent had any issues. The parking lot is a bit crowded but thats expected for college kids and stuff. Its a community laundry one laundry room per building so sometimes laundry room is full. The staff have always been responsive to any concerns i have had. there is hardly any noise which is awesome because i work night shift
