Been here 5 years Seems like I have a good enough feel to review the Bluffs Over all pretty good staff is great, the property is nice and the location is pretty good for the price all around great place to live.
Great Student Apartment The staff was great overall and the building manager had my name memorized before the end of the month. Pretty quiet building and rarely noticed anyone being loud. The building looked a tad bit dated on the outside when I moved in, but the apartment itself was great and perfect for my needs as a student. I was able to get access to very good internet and plenty of space to study.
