An apartment that exceeds it's value I have lived at the Bluffs for 2.5 years now and the staff, both office and maintenance, have always been very helpful and quick to respond to any of my needs. There's a good amount of parking, an adequate gym (I wish there were more free weights), and a nice hot tub and pool. There's enough trees on the walking pathways where I can set up a hammock in the summer. The only problem I've ever had is noisy neighbors. Not bad The bluffs is afordable and clean,fairly quite but the staff have a big follow up and communication problem.
