Quiet Living I love living at fhe bluffs! Its very quiet and peaceful here.
Great Place So glad I found this apartment complex! Everyone is nice and it is quiet throughout the day. Would highly recommend it.
Very Good Staff and accommodations very good. Manager accessible and very reliable. Maintenance is sometimes understaffed and behind. Parking is good, except where pine trees overhang, dripping sap onto parked cars.
The Bluffs I have lived here a little over a year and moved into these apartments because I loved my friend's apartment when I would come visit her when I still lived out of town. They are nice. The amenities are good however the hot tub has been cold for a while, but I won't complain being that we even have a hot tub! Peaceful, friendly, cooperative The bluffs is a adequate spot for residency. It includes many amenities such as a gym, pool, spa, tennis court and dog park! Staff is very friendly as well.
Great price & safety feature I' ve been living here for two years. Not sure if all the buildings have an elevator or not but mine does. That is awesome since I live on the third floor and have asthma. It's pet friendly and I have a couple. They have trash service that comes to pick it up outside your door. That is very convenient. My apartment doesn't have a dishwasher but I don't mind doing them by hand. Great price compared to many other places. The building is locked at night and the tenants are provided a key. Value Lived at the Bluffs for eight years. Not the most luxurious; Not the worst! Definitely a value apartment complex with reasonable rent and accommodations.
The Bluffs I have been living here for several years and very much enjoy the Bluffs. I really like the staff and my apartment. The neighbors are pretty great too. A nice place to live.
