Great overall - minimal flaws The Bluffs is a great, inexpensive apartment complex. Staff are fantastic, amenities are good, and maintenance is quick and effective. My one complaint pertains to a recent experience i had concerning leaks and, eventually, mold. A leak over the summer led to a part of our carpet having to be replaced; this wouldnt have been a problem if it hadnt taken so long to get it fixed. Cozy and affordable Honestly great place for the price. The kitchen is larger than my last place which cost twice as much, the front room and bedroom sizes are also comperable. Staff have been super friendly.

Friendly andcrelxed The Bluffs is a friendly and pet-friendly place to live. It's economical and tucked into a relatively quiet area not far from lots of good areas of the city.
Great I enjoy living here. It's easy to take the bus to work and it's very affordable for me.
My First Adult Life Experience I have lived in this apartment for over 3 years now, and I can say that even though this is my first time renting my own space by myself that the bar is set high. The value where I'm at is great, everyone I interact with is friendly, and the amenities and communal spaces truly set The Bluffs apart.
