review It's a good apartment for what the rent is. I wish the laundry was in suite and that there was a patio/balcony. I also think the tennis courts has potential for like being turned into a community garden/rent out plot or just make it free and people can grow fruits/veggies. Otherwise I enjoy the apartments.
Tricked into paying for water They can be a bit scummy with how they do additional fees, and I was definitely lied to about who pays for water and sewage when I first looked at the place. The lease also made it seem like it was paid for. They removed the check box beside it instead of putting a check next to it. The lease specified check. Cheap The apartment it's self is honestly not bad at all. Mold on the AC unit and windows it common. And the management has poor communication skills. It is very difficult to get ahold of a manager unless they need something from you. They are also inconsistent with billing, some months rent is under $700 and other months it is closer to $750. They also refuse to plow the snow properly, so having a car is difficult when you wake up to a 2.5 ft mound of snow behind your car, and days before the sidewalk is plowed or salted. Y... read more
