Good My wife and I have been here since about October 2022. Current manager and staff very hard working, competent, responsive and courteous. Manager is sharp; has common sense, knowledge and intelligence. apartment is nice - no complaints. Rent is reasonable. Building is kept clean, and this particular complex has an exceptionally good reputation as to its residents. Pretty cool I've been living here for about 6 months. It's a bit far away from Purdue and any grocery store when you don't have a car because the bus network of Lafayette is far from ideal. However, it's a great place to live because you will not be exposed to road noises all day long, it's pretty well-insulated and isolated. This place is next to a dog and cat shelter which is an amazing place to spend some time if you like pets or want one. A Really Nice Place to Live I really enjoy living at the Bluffs. I am a long time resident and hope to continue living here. The staff is very helpful. The neighbors are nice and friendly. I also really like the location.
Great place to live It's nice and affordable
Quiet Community ive lived here for 2 years and i havent had any issues. The parking lot is a bit crowded but thats expected for college kids and stuff. Its a community laundry one laundry room per building so sometimes laundry room is full. The staff have always been responsive to any concerns i have had. there is hardly any noise which is awesome because i work night shift
Nice area Quiet apartment, good area.
Like living here quite a bit Aside from the occasional noise (the walls are a bit thin) this place is great to live in. I truly believe that, given the price of rent here, you won't find a place of greater value in the Lafayette area.
Super Swell Love this place. Everything is kept up very nicely. The location is great. Office staff are friendly and helpful.
