Like living here quite a bit Aside from the occasional noise (the walls are a bit thin) this place is great to live in. I truly believe that, given the price of rent here, you won't find a place of greater value in the Lafayette area.

Location, Location, Location I like the location of this apartment complex. The fact that you have to key in at the main front doors gives me a safe feeling.

Home Love living here. The only thing I wish was better would be bigger laundry area.
Great property A bit tucked away from downtown, but readily accessible. Building is nice and durable, well insulated in both summer and winter. Main road can be a bit loud, but the value is great.
Super and swell The upkeep of the property is wonderful. Always looking clean and beautiful. The staff are a bunch of super nice people. Helpful in every way. They take the time to get to know their residents on a personal level. If there was a problem yo the maintenance guys will solve it.
Excellent Management and Great Apartments I have lived here for 5 years. It has been a wonderful experience. Spacious 1BR with excellent management. The office staff at Bluffs have been very helpful and prompt in response, maintenance is also very efficient. 7 mins to campus by car and ample parking spaces. Have enjoyed my stay here.
Friendly staff and great location! I've lived here for two years and greatly appreciate the friendly staff. The rent is fair, location is convenient for me, and the dog park is my dog's favorite place to go. I'd recommend living here to anyone!
