Great Apartment for Graduate Students Staff and maintenance are friendly and always available with any problem. Very nice apartments with a lower price than typical places you'll find in the area.
Excellent Place to Live Management is great, building is great, if I was not moving out of Lafayette I would still live here.

First apartment My apartment is larger than most others in the area for the price. I like the kitchen and living room. I have had a few electrical mishaps when I use too many kitchen appliances simultaneously, so be wary of that. Everything works though, and maintenance repairs are pretty timely and good. My neighbors are a bit loud, and I think the wall between us is not good at blocking the sound. But my bedroom is very quiet. Heater/air conditioner is old and loud but functional. Best place to live in 11 years at Purdue (if you have a car) This place is a little far away from Purdue for bus routes, but, if you have a car then this place is way better than living in West Lafayette. The rent is reasonably cheaper for a one bedroom. Staff and maintenance are great, friendly and the best! The area is secluded from the main Lafayette area so it feels safer and it has all the amenities of any good housing places like a trial, dog park, pool, gym etc.
Love Living Here The apartment is great, maintenance has quickly fixed the few minor problems we’ve had, and the office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Bluffs Quiet, safe, well lit parking lot and clean. The price is good. Friendly staff, amenities are ok, Covid put a damper on the use of most of them this year. Besides that the pool is clean as is the workout room. The hot tub is clean but doesn't get hot a lot of the time.
Happy Here Sometimes it feels like the parking lot is a little overcrowded, but I love how quiet my neighbors are.
