Bluffs Quiet, safe, well lit parking lot and clean. The price is good. Friendly staff, amenities are ok, Covid put a damper on the use of most of them this year. Besides that the pool is clean as is the workout room. The hot tub is clean but doesn't get hot a lot of the time.
Happy Here Sometimes it feels like the parking lot is a little overcrowded, but I love how quiet my neighbors are.

Great apartments Very nice place to rent. Nice people. Manager and staff are great. Very affordable.
nice place Please cancel the hallway trash service. It does not add value to the property.
Outdated Heat/AC Apartment my daughter lives in, #305, has very outdated heating and air conditioning that doesn't work well keeping it cool or warm especially in the bathroom and bedroom.
Staff The customer service of the staff is really poor
Music Someone in the apartment below us is blaring music on a regular basis.
