Good for price The value is much better than what I got just across the river.
5 Star Place Ive lived here a little over a year and have absolutely loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the gym and pool. I feel very safe here, which is a big thing for me. I dont think you can beat the rent either. I was really lucky to find this place.
Location & Value I have lived in this building for 6 months and am happy I moved here. The location is great - you're close to downtown (a 30-40 minute walk, downhill), but there are plenty of trees around the property so you don't feel like you're in the city. The property is dated but the common areas are well taken care of, and the gym has a variety of equipment. Great Place for the Price I have lived at the Bluffs for 4 years and thought it was great for the price. The staff is super friendly and fosters a great community here. I will miss it.
great cheap location Staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. This location is perfect for graduate students that is in a cheaper area of Lafayette. I've never heard my neighbors even though some of them have kids. Overall, very nice apartment for the price.
Quiet and Friendly The property is very peaceful and surrounded by trees. Close enough to the road to feel safe with a bright parking lot and video monitoring at night, while still quiet and undisturbed. The residents are friendly, consisting largely of small families and older citizens. It is a good place for you and your cat or dog to feel at home.
Amazing The staff is friendly, the amenities and maitnence are great compared to other properties.
