Nice place I've enjoyed living here for almost four years now. The apartment complex is quiet and people are friendly. I would recommend it!
Nice Apartments Friendly office and maintenance staff. Most of the other folks are swell as well. It is also nice the way it's all woody here. I see all sorts of unpettable furry creatures. I renew my lease each year so i definitely dig it.
Can’t beat it Its great for the price. Slightly dated and washroom could use a revamp but not bad. Hallways stink a little but most likely from residents. All in all not bad

The Bluffs I've lived here almost 2 years now I haven't had many issues. Just that my hot water went out 2 times but maintenance was very quick and courteous. The noise from the apartment above me can be loud at times but it's not a major complain. This is a great place to live.
Nice place to live I have really enjoyed living at the Bluffs. It is a very comfortable place with friendly staff and neighbors.
Quiet I have lived here over two years and the staff has been nothing but great. Affordable prices, good location, quiet.
good for price I like the apartment for what rent is. I wish the insulation on the ceiling was better for upstairs neighbors, the insulation for next door neighbors is fantastic however. The heating/ac unit i wish had been insulated around the edges better it leaks air. Staff have been wonderful.
