good for price I like the apartment for what rent is. I wish the insulation on the ceiling was better for upstairs neighbors, the insulation for next door neighbors is fantastic however. The heating/ac unit i wish had been insulated around the edges better it leaks air. Staff have been wonderful.

Home Great place to live. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds with an awesome walking trail. Highly recommend.

Quiet, reasonably priced Living here has been great. It is my first apartment and it is pretty quiet. There’s always plenty of parking. The staff is really nice. The packages are in a room with a camera and can only be accessed with a key. They have the valet trash service. it’s great. They tend to respond quickly to maintenance requests. They have a good selection of books downstairs. Laundry is fairly cheap. I have a great view of lots of trees outside my window and I see birds all day long and animals playing down below. ... read more
Fair price, Good Location I've lived at the Bluffs for about 8 years because of the proximity to West Lafayette, drivability to my job in Lafayette, and reasonable cost. The staff is friendly and maintenance handles requests in a timely manner.
The bluffs are great for the price This is my first apartment. It is the cheapest apartment I could find in the moment in laffeyette and have found it to be much better than many other properties that were much more expensive. My inly complaint which is only an inconvenience, not a serious issue is having to go downstairs and pay for laundry. With that being said. Its completely understandable for the price of everything else. Ling story short. Irs a great place for the price with no complaints!
