My review Quiet and comfortable. I wish it had a dishwasher and balcony but other than that it is great.

The Bluffs Great location, good price, maintenance is quick to respond. The gym and aqua spa are very outdated and not kept up. The gym could use 2 tread mills, that is what most people use. The office staff is professionally polite.
Best place for the price, and close to the best in general Its cheap, but you would be able to tell from the apartments. They are large, everything looks nice when you move in, and the maintenance and staff are extremely helpful. They have had a few different issues with the plumbing that caused the water to be shut off for a few hours each time, but I think we just moved in at a bad time. The Bluffs are like home :) I have lived here for 2 years now and I really enjoy living here. The maintenance and staff are super communicative and responsive. The other residents here are also super friendly.
Great place to live I would recommend as a great place to live
Affordable I like the cost of rent here and its easy to take the bus to work
Good Maintenance is great at fixing things in a timely manner. The office staff has been awesome.
