Verified Renter My overall experience at Waterside Square North has been great. I loved working with the Newport Rental staff. Very responsive and helpful. Also, the Doormen at the building are very nice and helpful.
Verified Renter I have been living in Newport Aquablu for 7 years. Great building quality, decent size apartments,clean community, and very safe area for single women to go for a walk at night, good connectivity to NYC.

PLEASE AVOID NEWPORT RENTAL AT ALL COSTS Newport rental has become the worst property management in Jersey City. They are known for charging obnoxious and crazy amounts in the security deposit, without presenting any proof. When asked to produce receipts and photos, they will go to any length to avoid answering or producing evidence. This is a clear shakedown by an unregulated management company that is using its unrestricted power to strong-arm tenants. Verified Renter Rent should be little cheaper as there are many good apartments at exchange place with the same rent but with good amenities, so either Newport should provide good more amenities to each building
Verified Renter Pricy and the rents are increasing crazy year over year with no perks for current resident for long term. No upgrades in apartment as well, with the price raise there should be upgrades
