Verified Renter My overall experience at Waterside Square North has been great. I loved working with the Newport Rental staff. Very responsive and helpful. Also, the Doormen at the building are very nice and helpful.
Verified Renter I have been living in Newport Aquablu for 7 years. Great building quality, decent size apartments,clean community, and very safe area for single women to go for a walk at night, good connectivity to NYC.

The apartments are in good condition, kitchen equipment is new and functional and most of the apartments have a nice view. Verified Renter Rats are a problem all around the building my son named the entrance the rat race! I am terrified at night but they r there in the morning also
Verified Renter Rent should be little cheaper as there are many good apartments at exchange place with the same rent but with good amenities, so either Newport should provide good more amenities to each building
Verified Renter Pricy and the rents are increasing crazy year over year with no perks for current resident for long term. No upgrades in apartment as well, with the price raise there should be upgrades
Verified Renter the worst management ever. the buildings are fine, but the management, oh boy! If you raise a maintenance request please expect to wait for atleast 4 weeks. The people in the leasing office clearly hate their jobs, not once have I been able to contact them ever. no one will ever pickup calls
