Verified Renter I moved to Laguna end of 12/2020 to escape NYC, and it has been overall a great experience. The location is convenient for a 7 minute walk to either the Hoboken or Pavonia/Newport PATH. There is lots of space, especially closet and kitchen space, in my 1 bedroom. The appliances are nice for a rental. It is quiet and receiving deliveries is easy. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful here. Verified Renter I love living in the Newport neighborhood, it's a mixed community everyone is pleasant. I raised my daughters here and did not worry when they came home late bc I feel safe here. 24 hour doorman is very comforting as well, I get my package delivered and don't have to worry about them being taken because they are secured.
